Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes. You’ll receive the same product as shown in the picture. Minor differences in color may occur due to lighting or screen settings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt in My Account > Orders after logging in. A copy is also sent to your registered email.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, go to My Account > Orders, select the item, and request a return. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes. Out-of-stock items are usually restocked. Check back later or enable notifications to be alerted when the item becomes available again.
