1. Change of Mind (Online Purchases)

If you change your mind, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  2. Original packaging must be intact
  3. Proof of purchase is required

You must notify us in writing within 14 days, then return the item within a further 14 days.

Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos where possible.

4. Service Bookings & Repairs

For repair or on-site service bookings:

  1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  2. Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be refunded
  3. Once a repair has been completed, refunds are not available unless the service was not carried out as agreed

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  1. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  3. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
